Another WIP, lol

Nope, not a HAED project, lol. Well as it turned out the hospital cancelled on me again for Wednesday and rescheduled for Friday. Thursday night was spent getting my 23 month old up to my friend's house for the night and repacking for the hospital. This little tyke, Matthew Cole, was born at 9:26 4/3/09 weighing in at 8lbs 9 oz. Thanks to both him and I being in excellent condition, I was able to come home early Saturday night instead of spending one more night in hospital.
Thank you for all your well wishes!

What an excellent finish! And it only took you nine months!!

He is absolutely beautiful, and I love his name! Savor every moment, even the sleepless ones because he will grow up so fast, one day, you'll wonder where it all went. Life with him is going to be a series of gems, for he truly is your greatest treasure.

I'm sending my best wishes to Matthew Cole, for a long life full of good health and laughter. With you as his Mom, the love is already guaranteed!

Thanks SO much for posting his photo! Our first HAED baby!! This is truly exciting news!!!

He's beautiful and his names too!
What is quite odd to me, is that you were scheduled to give birth. In The Netherlands it's waiting until the labours begin and then you call the doctor. When everyhing is going okay, the baby is born at home. It's really different, I suppose. But I wish you all the luck and enjoy your little one!
