By now it's Thursday everywhere and it's time for our weekly SAL!!!
I know we are all very busy with the upcoming holiday, but that's exactly the reason we need to take some time for ourselves and relax with our stitching! So steal yourselves a few minutes and put in a couple of stitches. Who knows, you may finish that page or see an eye appear or finally leave a dreaded color behind...

Our Thursday SAL
Hi my stitching friends,
It just reminds me that it is already thursday again. Even I'm already stitching on my HAED, I just forgot it is already thursday and our SAL today.
On Tuesday I finally started a new HAED "Santa Claus at the North Pole". So I'm in today with this one. I'm glad I started it and enjoy stitching on this one. I have already done 500 stitches, but I will stitch on this one for the rest of the week. On Sunday I will show you my new start.
Probably next week I will stitch again on "Land of Enchantment". I'm planning to stitch one week on one HAED, and the next week I'll go to the other HAED. By doing this I will keep having progresses on both of them :)

This weekend it is Saint Nicolas here in Belgium. This is something totally different then Santa Claus and has nothing to do with Christmas either. It will be a fun weekend for the kids. They have to put their shoe at the fireplace and put in a carrot or apple for the horse of Saint Nicolas. When they will wake up on Sunday, they will receive some nice presents and ofcourse some chocolate :) I have been brave this year as well, won't he bring me some nice stitching stuff :)

Our Thursday SAL
Hi my stitching friends,
Who is this time ready for our thursday SAL. I'm in for sure with "Land of Enchantment". In fact I'm already stitching on this one this week even though I'm not feeling too well since last week. But I will show my progress for sure :)
In the meantime I keep watching your wonderful progress and it did encourage me to keep stitching on mine. I have to admit also I was a little bored again with "Land of Enchantment". Maybe I should not feel guilty and start a new HAED. I wouldn't be the only one I think with different HAED's on the run ;)

Thursday SAL
Hi my friends,
Today is our Thursday SAL and I'm in too :) I was able to finish my tree skirt Tuesday evening and yesterday I started something new. You can see the finish on my personal blog.
Today I will be working on "Land of Enchantment".

Our Thursday SAL
Hi my stitching friends,
Who is ready for our Thursday SAL tomorrow ? I have to admit, I won't be in this time :(
I'm working on a Christmas tree skirt from Dimensions for the moment and I'm close to a finish, so I would love to finish this one first. But I will be thinking of you as well while I'm stitching on my tree skirt. After I finished this one I might start a new project :)

Our Thursday SAL
Hi my friends,
Who is ready for our Thursday SAL ? I'm in for sure and I'm looking forward to it.
I will be stitching on "Land of Enchantment". I would love to start something new. Maybe after I finished my page on "Land of Enchantment" I can start a new HAED. After finishing pages I can switch between those 2 HAED's. I have 6 WIP's on the run and the box where I collect my WIP's was full. So no reason to start something new. But now I have put all my WIP's in a bigger box, so now I have plenty of room to start something new :) Is this a good excuse ?

Thursday SAL/ Astrid
All right ladies, pull out those HAEDs and fire up your needles! It's time for the Thursday SAL!!!! Hopefully some of you abroad are stitching already. Count me in, in a few hours.
Will anyone else be joining Astrid and myself in stitching The Astronomer?
Astrid, I'm ready to go! Chart is copied, some floss is purchased, bagged, and labeled, and the material is here and cut to size. I'm starting him for the SAL today. Guess what, it starts with #310!
Looking forward to progress pics from all of you this week!!!!!
