HAED returns to the cabinet - but just temporary of course ;-))

For 6 months in a row I have been stitching almost every night at my HAED, but just before my holidays, now a couple of weeks back, I had enough of it. The last 2 pages had only been different shades of blue, and I guess that I wanted to do something more exciting for a while. So I have put aside my HAED and banned it to the cabinet, because all of a sudden, I wanted to start with something else.
On the picture you can see, how far I have come with my HAED. And on my blog, http://www.michdg.blogspot.com/ you can see, what I have started now.
Of course, I will come and chear all of you here the whole time also, and enjoy the beautiful things you make. And of course I will come and join you again in some months, when I long for my HAED again. I'm sure this break will not take long ;-))

I think this is looking beautiful. I can understand your need for a break from the blues, but I hope it doesn't rest for too long and I love seeing your progress on this. I hope you enjoy your other piece of stitching.

You're doing brilliantly on this but know how you feel about needing a colour change. Hope to see you back soon. I'll stop by at your blog later. Sheila

I would probably need a break too if I was stitching so much blue! I do love this piece though and hope it calls your name again soon!

Just do what feels right, stitching should be enjoyable, not a chore. I can just feel the cold night and hear the silence of the winter. You'll be back soon, I'm sure.
