Peter Peter Pumpkin Eater... update 11

Finally, I managed to finished the Page 1 of this project although this week I just lost someone that are close to us. Now I started to do page 2 now with different approach as I find that instead of filling up all the same colour at one time, I prefer to go 10 x 10 column at one time which make it easier to stitch.

'Grats on the finish of a page! I'm with you on the 10x10 idea.. though I usually do 2 columns at a time.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I've had a couple myself recently, and I know how it feels.

I am so sorry you lost someone dear to you. Sending you hugs and will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

Everyone has to find their comfort zone, but I usually pick a group of blocks....6 or 8 (600 or 800) and stitch all of one color, then move to another. I see faster results.

Sorry to hear about your loss. Congrats on finishing your first page.

And it's interesting how everybody does it quite different. As Cindy said it's about finding your own comfort zone. Personally that changes from Wip to Wip for me. Sometimes I finish off each color...sometimes I make a mixture of finishing up some colors and parking others. And sometimes I switch it as I please in the middle of it...lol.

Congrats on finishing your 1st page. It is so much fun to start on another page. Love to see this one grow too.
