Wintery Heirloom update

I ususally stitch on my AWH on Friday's without any issues. Since this is spring break, my sister asked me to watch her dog, Lulu the Boston Terrier, and I agreed. I bring Lulu in the house...she and my dogs start sniffing, playing etc. I gather my project, get on my q-snaps, pop in my FAVORITE movie- Pride and Prejudice with Colin Firth as Mr. Darcy. I decided that the movie is about 5 hours long so I would stitch for the first 3 hours on my HAED and then work on antoher project.....this started at 5:10 pm. I finally was able to put in 3 hours on my haed at 10:40 that night. The dog's did not get along and I kept having to get up...pause the movie and take care of them. What a night! I was able to put in about 400 stitches. I need to complete about 4600 more before I finish the first page!!!!

Your photo brought a smile to my face. With your threads hanging down like that, it looks like a refreshing waterfall! lol

I'm sorry that your relaxing evening (it sounds ideal!) turned into a three ring circus with you playing the role of ring mistress.

In spite of your upheavals, you really did still accomplish quite a lot, and it is looking very beautiful!

It does look like a beautiful waterfall and the treads hanging down just give it a 3D effect, too cute. Great progress, doggies and all.
