Intro and DC Update

Hi there, I'm Becca from Dogpackcentral. I've just started HAEDs this year and am really enjoying it. (Though I still have to figure out the best way to handle the confetti type areas without getting so frustrated.)

I'm doing the year long SAL with Dark Cherry, and here she is. Along with Stitching the Standard, which I'm about 700 stitches or so into.

Lastly, (although this is the first one I started) is Blossom Storykeep.

Welcome Becca! So glad you've joined out group!
Your wip's are wonderful!! Beautiful colors!
Confetti stitches are very time consuming, but they really add to our pieces:) Yours are going to be gorgeous! Have fun:)

Hi Becca and welcome you have some really nice pieces started. I have been stitching HAED's for 4 years now and I just stitch left to right and stitch the confetti as I go. I don't mind stitching confetti though.

Stichinfiend, When you go left to right do you do it within a certain number of rows? Or one row at a time?

I'm always looking for a way that I can settle into working on HAEDs. :)

I am also curious to the answer of Stichinfiend, because, like Becca ask me this and I also always put my thread and see that you get the wires hanging in front, it is perhaps useful!
hopefully this is understandable, I do not speak English so well and writing is even worse

Welcome Becca to our group! Confetti stitches does take a lot of time, but it is making your design wonderful! You should try it like Vickie does, parking your threads. I started doing this to and it is really easy to do and goes a little bit faster.

Love your WIP's!
