Michele and HAED

Just in case there's anyone who doesn't already know how fabulous Michele from HAED is, let me give two examples.

My first purchase was a single QS, not a big sale for Michele. After I completed my order, I e-mailed her and asked if she could send me the stitch count or the finished size because that info wasn't listed, as it is for most designs. She quickly answered and sent me a scanned copy of the title page with all the info I need to buy my material. Any other "store" would have said "I don't know" or "The info will be in your pattern". Not Michele!

I spent all day yesterday looking at each and every pattern on the HAED site and ended up with a wish list of 9! I couldn't decide between two of them, I wanted to buy one immediately. Each had lots of detail that I just couldn't see on my screen. Again I e-mailed her (7 PM) and WITHIN THE HOUR, she sent me two pictures that I could enlarge to my heart's content! I never expected such a quick response AND I had enough time left to make my decision AND buy it during the sale!!!!! More than I even hoped for!

Now if only I could buy all 9, quit my day job, and just stitch HAEDs all day...

I had that same experience with Michelle when I bought my first HAED's. She sent me back the info I wanted on about 4 different charts and she has always answered e-mails quickly and with lots of great info and help if I needed it.

I don't remember hearing there was a sale going on but I stopped by there yesterday because I was wanting to find a particular artist and sure enough they had not only the artist I wanted but the exact artwork!!! Guess who spent a ton of $$$ on HAED charts, sigh. If I can't afford her original art I can at least stitch it and put it on my walls thanks to Michele's charting talent. Now I guess I better get stitching.

I only bought once from her, but that was a sweet experience. Her customer service is very good. And because there went some things wrong with my order, she even gave me another chart for free. Which chart did you buy Sabine?

Gaby,
I decided on James C. Christensen's Superstitions (sorry, can't seem to get the link in). I wanted something fun and with more colors than QS Storykeeper. It's full size and with so many colors I will have to learn to park threads, but I'm still young! As long as I finish it in this lifetime...
