"Dance of the Kokopelli"

I am finding it difficult to stitch on 25ct one over one and I have been debating whether I should switch to 28 ct fabric, 2 over 2. I love the design but the tiny holes is causing eyestrains when stitching. I made a error on one stitch and it is a nightmare to frog the stitch. I am abit worried whether to continue on. This is a huge project consisting of 49 pages.

You are doing a very good work.
I'm also stitching my first proyect on 25 fabric, 1 over 1. At the beginning is some dificult, but later you accustom to the fabric. I think that stitching on 28 count, even over 2, would be much more diffcult to your eyes.

If you are trying to save your eyes, 18 count works really well.

Do you use a magnifier? If not, you might want to try one. I stitch on 28ct over 1 all the time, but only with a magnifying glass.

If you're struggling with 25 count you definately don't want to go smaller with 28 count as it'd be worse, as said before 18 count works well as does 22 count. I've used both with 1 over 1 without any problems. If you do decide to stick with 25 count your eye will eventually get used to it with time and the magnifying idea is a very good one....... happy stitching!
