O Kitten Tree by Randal Spangler Page 2 completed 6/26/14

 This is what this piece will eventually look like (I hope!)  I can't believe I started it nearly 2 years ago and haven't stitched on it for nearly a year.  Definitely is going to be in my rotation more often (Would be easier if I didn't have so many different projects going on at once, but now that I have become a serial starter....) Stitched 1 over 1 on 25 ct lugana.

 

 I finally completed page two. 

 Which was so much fun.  Finally began to stitch a bit on the tree!! One kitty angel wing and about 1/3 of the first kitten under her.  It was so hard to stop stitching but another piece was hollering loudly that it needed to join the non HAED SAL so I reluctantly put this one up for now and reminded it to yell more loudly when I am deciding who gets stitched next.

Finished Beauty and the Beasts - Selina Fenech

Stitched on Lugana 25count.  Replaced kreinik on her skin for plain white as I didn't want it to be shiny….  Only used kreinik on her hair and dress.
Love the results of this design and hope you like it too….. :)

This is the 3rd of 3 WIP that is in my rotation.  Page 2 of 42 now complete.   I honestly can't say enough about this pattern and even the fabric that I have for this one.  I just love doing this :0).  The colors are exactly what I love working with and since there has been not one bit of confetti its a fast stitch.

This is my progress as of yesterday - Sunday June 22, 2014.  I have now finished Pages 1-3 out of 36 Pages.  I am so very happy about this.  I will begin with Page 4 next.  Page 5 is the last page for the top half of this...I am so excited because before I know it I will have the top half of this done.  There is so much Confetti Stitching at the very top of it where it is curvy at...the yellows, and the grays and the black...oh my gosh...talk about Confetti Stitching...Whew!

I FINALLY finished my first ever HAED page, and I'm so happy!!!! Only 29 to go ;).

Here it is:

Frogs Kissing - Update

Well, in the last 8 days I have managed to complete page 3 and get a good chunk of page 4 done! It's not as much as I wanted to do, but that's what happens when you work on your day off!! I only managed to stitch for a couple of hours yesterday when I was planning on spending the day on the couch with my work :(

This is stitched on 22 ct, 2 over 1 and has turned into a needle killer...I've destroyed 3 needles in the last week and am on my last one. Last Friday, I finally found somewhere to purchase needles (not an easy feat where I live let me tell you) and ordered them. Post is slow here, so hopefully I get them before I break my last one!!
