First update for my Fairy Sisters

Merry Christmas everyone!

I started Fairy Sisters this Christmas weekend.  We went camping for the weekend.  It was a wonderful weekend with lots of time for stitching.  Just imagine sitting under HUGE trees, chatting with family while stitching . . . I have forgotten how nice it can be.

Just to remind you how it will look (in a few years' time) here is a picture of the end product.

And here is where I am after two days:

Not much too see yet - only two colours :)

It's a start and before you know you have a beautiful artwork on the wall. Just go on, stitch by stitch. I love cross stitching!

Your Christmas sounds absolutely wonderful! Glad you got to start this piece. I love this one and the others, just don't know if I could stick to it with so few colors (although there are probably 89 of them LOL).
