World Travel Book Shelf Update
Exactly one month after starting, I've completed the first page (and a little of page 11 - the dancer). Stitched on Lugana 28count, one over one, full crosses. Love stitching this one. No time for boring….

SK White Nine Fox (Page 2 Done) by Gizzimomo
Hi Everyone!
Long time no see! I've been busy stitching but it's all been non-HAED stitching since just after Christmas but the HAED stitching is now back in rotation and I have just finished Page 2 on SK White Nine Tail Fox by SPML!
Stitched on 28 count Sky Blue evenweave, 1 over 1 (metallics 2 over 1).
It's coming together nicely!

Giraffe Silhouette by Annya Kai update 3/10/14
Been working a lot on one of my non HAEDs but the last two weeks have been busy with this one which is soooooo much fun too stitch, despite it being one of the most confetti full designs I have done. As a reminder, I am tent stitching 2 over 1 on 28ct Lugana white. Pages 1 - 4 (the whole first row) are completed.
This is what it should like like:
This is how far I have gotten.
Page 3 was easy since it is about 1/3 of the tip of the nose in the lower right corner. Page 4 was even easier since it is 4 columns with no stitching at all. Despite some weird counting problems in one of the 10 x 10 squares which I never quite figured out but think I did an okay job of fixing or at least hiding, I am pleased with how it is turning out. I have several more Annya Kai designs in my stash and I have a feeling there will always be one in my WIP list.
Thanks for looking.
Carole

New HEAD buddy first post
Hi. My name is Leslie and I'm a new buddy here. I work as an administrator in higher education and I use cross stitching as a stress reliever (along with knitting and writing mysteries). You can find more of my work on Flickr: http://www.flickr.com/photos/reitkunst/ - feel free to look through my photos.
This first photo is of a new project: Freebie Trick or Treat by Randall Spangler. It shows a witch riding a broom in front of the moon overtop a house. I'm using 32 ct natural linen and DMC thread, 2 over 2. So far I have completed 374 stitches since February 27th. If you like this one it is still listed as a free chart.
This next photo is of the White Nine Tail Fox (SK) by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law. She's one of my favorite artists and I've been collecting many of her patterns from HAED. I'm using 32 ct white linen with DMC thread. I started this one during 2012 and finally getting back to it. I"m hoping being a HAED buddy will help me to finish some of these.
This third photo is my oldest HAED project. It is The Hermit by Stephanie Pui-Mun Law. This is my progress from 2007 when I last worked on it. While I'm used to working with big patterns (Mirabilia is another favorite designer) I just couldn't get my mind to work around the type of stitching to finish this one. I decided to start on a couple of others and see what happens. White 32 ct linen and DMC thread.

Daisy Offerings WIP Update - 3-2-2014
Daisy Offerings - HAED - Sandra Kuck. I made a little bit more progress on
this one. I am still on Page 3 - I have one more column to do on this and than
this page will be completely finished. There are 36 Pages to this Pattern.
I am stitching this on 18 Count White Charles Craft Material 2 x 1 Full Cross
Stitch using DMC Threads.
I am still stitching the background on this.
Thanks for looking
