Yes, a week since my last Admin post, and I haven't received a single email from any member. Should I take this to mean that none of them are coming to the blog? Not even to read the posts?
I am unsure of what to do next. Do I toss out every full member that hasn't posted or communicated in any way in the last month or so? Then invite all the buddies to become full, posting members? It is unfair to the buddies that we have 100 posting members, all slots taken, yet most of them don't even read this blog....
Disappointed,
Louanne

As a stalker rather than member or buddy, I think you should go back about 6 months and take out anyone who hasn't posted in that time - I keep an eye on a lot of the blogs and there are some who seem to have stopped stitching or are not stitching HAEDs. It's a shame that posts are now so infrequent cos I love seeing everyone's work! (I suggest 6 months as some people only post page finishes ...)
I would be interested in being a full blog member. I always have a HAED design on the go. I haven't posted in a couple of months because I had to finish another piece by a different designer for my daughter to raffle off to pay for her trip to England and France
I am a stalker of this blog and it seems a shame you haven't had any replies. I agree with one of the other commenters and go back six months and see who has posted those that haven't should perhaps be asked if they wish to maintain their membership.
I often visit the blog too, and I agree with the first poster, take out anyone who hasn't posted in the last six months, and maybe make a proviso to new members that if they don't post at least once every three months, they will lose the place.
I appreciate the designs take a lot of time, it's taken me about six weeks to stitch three pages of Gluttony, and I don't go out to work, or have a family still at home.
I visit the blog every day to check on members updates ~ I so enjoy seeing the wips and finishes.
These blogs are time consuming for the administrators...it is too bad you did not receive responses from the full blog members.
best wishes

Louanne, I visit the blog at a regyular base and I do post my progress. But your account has been hacked I think, I uses to follow yhe blog, but some time ago I stopped following, because I kept receiving strange mails.
Louanne, I am a lurker and love seeing all the pretties everyone is working on. I would love to be a member, but have never officially requested to join due to my hap hazzard rotations and I don't work on my HEAD as often as I would like.
I love to stay on the Haed blog, I have stitched some other things aswell, but I love this blog.
I tried to sent an email, but I got a could not deliver message back in my mail.
Love, Babs
I get on the HAED Site everyday to check out the new charts, to see everyone's progress on their WIP's and I am with my buddy and she post my WIP every week.
Louanne, I was a member at one point and gave up the position since at that time I had no camera etc. I wanted to let others, who were better equipped take part. I check back here 2 or 3 times a week and feel that if you have to, weed out those who don't post so that others can have a chance. On my blog I try to delete links if the blogger hasn't posted in more than 6 months. Good luck to you in whatever you decide to do.
Karen
Louanne,
I have several of your charts, just starting on the first one now that I am retired. I check weekly, if not more often, at the WIPs. They are what helps me to decide which charts to buy. I was so disappointed when a long period of time goes by with no new posts...I so look forward to them. It is great when they include the stitch count of the fabric and full cross, etc.
Keep up the great site, please!
Jen

My HAED WIP - Daisy Offerings - I send my update progress of her to my Buddy every week and mine has not been posted at all since March 15th.
My HAED Buddy's name is Marianela Liaz Vargas....
Like I said for some reason she has not been posting my progress of my Daisy Offerings for some reason and its a terrible shame because I sent it to her every week and it has not been posted since March 15th and here it is the middle of April.
I don't know what to do but write to you.
I would like to start posting my own progress of Daisy Offerings every week myself instead of having somebody else do it for me. This way I know that it will get posted.
Please let me know one way or other. Thanks...
Putting a hand up as another stalker. There are probably many like me that visit but missed out on becoming a member.
I too visit this blog on a regular basis and follow it through Blogger and I do post when I can. I am working on a HAED and would love to be a member too. It does seem a shame for people not to be members when others are not using their slots x
Yes I am ashamed of myself. I have not read it and now I also posted something that does not belong to HEAD. I voluntarily give my place to someone who is currently more active than me. I'm afraid this become another bad year. Even my own blog has a hard time. Sorry Louanne because i let you down. I had a nice time here. Astrid.
