New-ish start - Mini Sunflower Cottage on 28 ct 1 over 1. Doing this all cross country so finishing all of each colour before moving on. All looking a bit dark at the moment and difficult to see the detail but should come together as the other colours start to go in.

It looks a little like an elephant at the moment ... was slightly taken aback when I noticed the title. That's what I tend to do to ... mainly since the spare thread can then be moved into boxes for storage and there is less space taken up in my current project box,(... and actively current draw). Good luck! Impressive count ... not planning on picking up evenweave any time soon ... my mum would get distressed about me wasting time. She told me recently that I should keep one or two of the stitched pieces, so that once I grow out of it I can look back on them and judge me too. I think she is proud of the patience ... and after all she had her own phase of cross stitching 10 years ago or so as I remember.
